Valentin Rouma

Valentin holds a Master Degree in Economics & Management at LSM. He started his career as a consultant in the recruitment industry with a focus on technical profiles such as actuaries. He did this during 4 years where he had the opportunity to manage a team and develop a broaden network within the financial industry. Since 2019, he created its company “DATALENT” which operates in the banking and insurance industries. He is now focus on actuaries, risk management and data related profiles.

His scope starts from junior to C-level and cover both permanent and freelance recruitments.
